Stage Directions Performance Academy offers high quality education in dance, drama and singing. In addition to tuning the talent of our pupils, we also aim to build confidence and stretch the imagination.

Who runs Stage Directions?

Laura is a professionally trained singing teacher and a specialist acting coach. She has recently become an associate of the London College of Music having completed her ALCM teaching diploma and her acting degree at the Manchester School of Theatre.

Laura trained as a workshop leader at the Hull Truck Theatre Company before touring with John Godber's 'Teechers' TIE tour. In addition to running Stage Directions Performance Academy, Laura is a musical theatre and drama coach at Nightingale Stage Academy.

Laura has also appeared in many productions including playing Mrs Lovett in Stephen Sondheims, Sweeny Todd.

At Stage Directions Performance Academy the students will be split into different age groups to ensure high learning standards.
