Acting classes and Performance in Sleaford

Performing Arts School New Youth Theatre in Sleaford for children and teenagers from age 3 - 16.

Each session is run from The Playhouse - Sleaford Little Theatre, 54 Westgate, Sleaford NG34 7PN‎.

At the drama school the kids build confidence, stretch their imagination and gain essential life skills whilst learning the musical theatre skills, alongside making new friends and most importantly having fun!

 New Youth Theatre believes that one staged theatre performance is worth 100 rehearsals that’s why all at the school in Sleaford work hard to make sure the children perform a show per term.

We offer a fantastic opportunity for young people to act dance and sing. the Sessions are on Saturdays and cover all the disciplines of theatre performance.

All classes work towards a show that is to be performed at the end of each term.

Costs per term(includes all rehearsals, dress rehearsals, performances & members insurance)

Tiny Tots                                                  £60.00

Seniors 9 - 16
A three hour rehearsal period  covering all the disciplines of theatre performance. These rehearsals will result in a theatre performance at the end of each term

Juniors 6 - 11
A  2 hour rehearsal period covering all aspects of theatre performance – singing, acting, dance & movement.  These rehearsals will result in a theatre performance at the end of a term or two terms depending on the length of the production.

Tiny Tots 3 - 5
30 fun filled minutes of music, movement & song carefully crafted to hold your little ones attention.  A little of their time will be spent preparing for your child’s magical NYT on stage… ! theatre experience.  Along with older children, they will have a unique chance to take part, have great fun and know that mum and dad will be watching too!

At New Youth Theatre we bring musical theatre to local communities and have given thousands of young people across the region a unique experience of being onstage.  We also have sister schools in Lincoln, Newark, Leicester, Mansfield, Grantham and Nottingham.
