Stagecoach Edgbaston has been providing quality part-time training in singing, dancing and acting for over 10 years.

At Stagecoach Edgbaston near Harbourne we provide quality part-time training in the performing arts for children aged 4-18yrs based at Edgbaston High School for Girls.

0ur aim is to nurture and develop young potential through singing, acting and dance classes, stretching young imaginations and building confidence.

The centre opened in April 1999 and now 170 students from all over Birmingham study the three performance disciplines of dance, drama and singing in one venue.

Our Singing class Children learn to identify where and how sound is formed in their bodies through the singing lessons. They discover the importance of timing and rhythm, improving diction, while learning lyrics to popular and fun songs.

Our Dancing classes In the kids dance classes, motor skills are refined along with balance and coordination. Simple dance moves allow the children to express themselves freely while working in group.

Our Drama classes Building on the exciting imaginations of young children, the drama classes are full of ideas to take children on the wildest of journeys. Social skills are also learned and young kids gain the tools to enable them to share and be giving. As they grow and develop, children find it easier to express themselves physically and emotionally.
